Financial Support for students who participate in an academic conference

○ Requirements :

  - Only conference that are recognized by the head professor of the department

  - Only students that present research paper at the conference (including a poster presentation)

  -  Only Students that are currently registered (Not including post-course completion registration students)

○ Benefits : Twice a year (once a semester, in July and January)

  - The main author of a thesis : 300,000won/conference

  - A co-author : 100,000won/a conference

  - Conference held abroad : 400,000won/conference (without discrimination of the main or co-author)

○ How to apply

  - Period : 2018.Jul.2.(Mon)~2018.Jul.13.(Fri)

  - Click SUIS>학적>학적관리>학술발표대회참가장려금신청(원)>저장>출력 (Print the application form)

  - Submit the application form and requireds below to the office of Graduate School (창조관 302)

※ Required

  - A copy of the application form

  - A copy of the research paper

  - An official that verifies the applicant is the main author from the conference (if you are the main author)

  - A receipt for the entry fee of the conference (only paid by your credit card or a personal account)

  - Any s that prove your participation (ex : A pamphlet)

  - A copy of personal bank account details (only the applicant’s)
