Submission Guidelines for Printed Dissertation Copies - August 2025 Graduation

1. Eligiblility: Students who have passed the thesis defense and are scheduled to receive their degrees in August 2025.

2. Submission Period: July 7 (Mon) – July 18 (Fri), 2025

3. Submission Location: Room 607, Eoui Hall

4. Required Documents

  1) Two hardbound copies of the dissertation

  2) Two copies of the Copyright Agreement: Printable after the uploaded dissertation is approved by the library

  3) Two copies of the Submission Confirmation: Printable after the uploaded dissertation is approved by the library

  4) One copy of the dissertation Title Change Record
