[2025학년도 2학기 우수논문상 신청기간 안내]

1. 접수기간 : 2026. 1. 9.(금) ~ 1. 15.(목)
※ 접수기간이 지나면 우수논문상 접수가 불가하오니 기한을 꼭 엄수해주시기 바랍니다.

2. 접수대상자 : 2025학년도 2학기 논문심사 합격자

3. 접 수 처
  - 일반대학원 : 대학원 행정실(어의관 613호)
  - 특수/전문대학원 : 각 학과 사무실 

4. 제출서류

  - 우수논문상 신청서

  - 학위논문 복사본

  - 연구실적물 복사본(희망자만 제출, 실적이 없을 경우 미제출 가능)

  - 우수논문상 심사평가서(상단 논문작성자 부분만 기재하여 제출)

5. 우수논문상 결과 발표 : 2026. 2월 중 대학원공지 게시판 공지 예정

6. 우수논문상 수여 : 2026. 2. 25.(수) 예정
※ 학위수여식 당일 수령 가능 (장소 추후 공지)

                                                                        [Notice on the Application Period for the Outstanding Thesis Award]

1. Application Period: January 9 (Fri) – January 15 (Thu), 2026
※ Applications will not be accepted after the deadline, so please be sure to submit within the designated period.

2. Eligibility: Students who passed the Fall 2025 dissertation defense.

3. Submission Office
 - General Graduate School: Graduate School Administrative Office (Eoui Hall, Room 613)
 - Special / Professional Graduate Schools: Respective department offices

4. Required Documents
 - Application form for the Outstanding Thesis Award
 - Copy of the thesis
 - Copy of research achievement (optional; submission is not required if there are no research achievement)
 - Outstanding Thesis Award Evaluation Form (please complete only the “Thesis Author” section at the top)

5. Announcement of Results: To be posted on the Graduate School Notice Board in February 2026.

6. Award Ceremony: Scheduled for February 25 (Wed), 2026
※ The award may be received on the day of the degree conferral ceremony (venue to be announced later).
