2026학년도 1학기 재입학 신청 안내드립니다.

1. 재입학 대상

 가. 재입학 자격

    - 자퇴생 및 미등록·미복학 제적생 중 제적 후 5개 학기가 지나지 않은 자

      *2026학년도 1학기 재입학 대상자: 2023학년도 2학기 제적생부터

 나. 재입학 제한

    - 제적 후 5개 학기가 지난 자

    - 징계제적, 입학취소 처분을 받은 자

    - 기 재입학 후 자퇴 또는 제적된 자(재입학은 1회에 한하여 허용)

3. 일정

  가. 재입학 신청: 2026. 1. 12.(월) 09:00 ~ 1. 26.(금) 18:00  ※추가신청기간 없습니다.

  나. 재입학 발표: 2026. 1. 29.(목) 예정, 대학원공지 게시

  다. 수강신청: 2026. 2. 2.(월) 14:00 ~ 2. 4.(수) 18:00

  라. 등록: 2025. 2. 25.(수) ~ 2. 27.(금)

4. 신청 방법

 학생이 직접 통합정보시스템에서 온라인 신청[통합정보시스템>학사>학적>학적변동관리>재입학신청]

5. 유의사항

 가. 재입학 학생에 대한 제적 전의 취득학점(F학점 포함)은 서울과학기술대학교 대학원 학사운영규정에 의거 모두 인정

 나. 학위논문 제출 자격시험(외국어 및 전공시험)에 합격한 과목은 서울과학기술대학교 대학원 학사운영규정에 준하여 모두 인정

 다. 재입학생은 재입학 후 첫 학기에는 일반휴학할 수 없음(군휴학 시 반드시 등록 후 휴학 신청)

 라. 재입학은 제적 당시의 소속 대학원 및 소속 학과로 허가함

     -학과(모집단위) 폐지시: 같은 대학원 내 유사학과로 재입학 가능(유사계열이 없는 경우 원소속학과로 재입학)

     -대학원폐지시: 폐지된 학기로부터 5개 학기까지 재입학 신청 가능

 마. 재입학 허가 후 미등록 시 재입학 취소

 바. 재입학 후 전과 불가

Notice on Application for Readmission for the Spring Semester of the 2026

1. Eligibility for Readmission

A. Qualification for Readmission

• Students who voluntarily withdrew or were dismissed due to non-registration or failure to return from leave, within five semesters from the date of dismissal
  Eligible applicants for the Spring Semester of the 2026 Academic Year: students dismissed starting from the Fall Semester of the 2023 Academic Year

B. Restrictions on Readmission

• Students for whom more than five semesters have passed since dismissal

• Students dismissed due to disciplinary action or admission cancellation

• Students who withdrew or were dismissed again after being readmitted
  (Readmission is permitted only once)

3. Schedule

• Application Period: January 12, 2026 (Mon) 09:00 – January 26, 2026 (Fri) 18:00
  ※ No additional application period will be provided.

• Announcement of Results: January 29, 2026 (Thu) (Tentative), to be posted on the Graduate School Notice Board

• Course Registration: February 2, 2026 (Mon) 14:00 – February 4, 2026 (Wed) 18:00

• Tuition Payment (Registration): February 25, 2026 (Wed) – February 27, 2026 (Fri)

4. Application Method

• Students must apply online through the Integrated Information System
  [Integrated Information System > Academic Affairs > Academic Records > Academic Status Change Management > Readmission Application]

5. Important Notes

A. All credits earned prior to dismissal (including F grades) will be recognized in accordance with the Academic Regulations of Seoul National University of Science and Technology Graduate School.

B. Passed qualification examinations for thesis submission (foreign language and major examinations) will be fully recognized in accordance with the Graduate School Academic Regulations.

C. Readmitted students may not take a general leave of absence during their first semester after readmission
(Students applying for military leave must register first and then apply for leave).

D. Readmission is granted to the same graduate school and department held at the time of dismissal.

• If the department (admission unit) has been abolished: readmission may be granted to a similar department within the same graduate school
  (If no similar department exists, readmission will be granted to the original department).

• If the graduate school has been abolished: readmission may be applied for up to five semesters from the semester of abolition.

E. Failure to register after approval of readmission will result in cancellation of readmission.

F. Transfer to another department is not permitted after readmission.
