[2026학년도 1학기 대학원 수료 후 등록생 신청 안내]

1. 신청 및 등록 절차

 - 통합정보시스템 접수 및 신청서 제출:  2026. 1. 19.(월) 09:00 ~ 1. 23.(금) 18:00 (※신청기간을 꼭 지켜주시기 바랍니다)

    * 붙임 안내 참고하여 통합정보시스템에서 신청 후 주임교수 및 지도교수 서명 및 날인 후 대학원 행정실(어의관 613호) 제출

 - 등록비 납부(등록금의 10%): 2026. 2. 25.(수) ~ 2. 27.(금) 16:00까지 (가상계좌 납부시 22:30까지)

  ** 등록비 납부하여야 수료후 등록생으로 아래의 혜택을 받을 수 있음

*** 신청방법 첨부파일 반드시 확인해주세요.(신청: 학생포털 X, 통합정보시스템)

2. 이용가능 시설 및 혜택

- 국가연구개발사업에 학생 연구원으로 참여 가능

 * 기존 학생 연구원인 경우 수료후 등록을 거쳐야 연구비 지원 가능(자세한 사항은 02-970-9167로 문의)

- 생활관 신청 가능(여석 있는 경우 심의를 거쳐 입사 가능, 자세한 사항은 02-970-9144로 문의)

- 도서관이용 및 대출, 차량정기권 신청, 재학생에 상응하는 각종 상해보험 등의 가입 등

3. 유의사항

- 수료 후 등록은 학생의 편의 제공을 위한 것으로, 논문 제출을 위한 필수 요건이 아님

- 졸업생, 재학생 신청 불가

 * 현재 마지막 학기 재학생은 '26. 2. 25. 기준으로 수료생으로 학적 변경될 경우(수료일자: '26.2.25.수료예정으로 기재) 신청 가능하나 졸업생은 신청 불가.

  본인이 반드시 통합정보시스템에서 수료 여부 확인 후 신청

   [Notice: Application for Graduate School Registration After Completion of Coursework – Spring Semester 2026]

1.     1. Application & Registration Procedure

• Submission through the Integrated Information System and application form submission:
  January 19, 2026 (Mon) 09:00 ~ January 23, 2026 (Fri) 18:00(※ Please adhere to the application period strictly.)
  • *Refer to the attached guide and apply through the Integrated Information System. After receiving signatures and stamps from your academic advisor and supervising professor, submit the completed application form to the Graduate School Administration Office (Eoi Hall, Room 613).
• -Registration Fee Payment (10% of the tuition fee):February 25, 2026 (Wed) ~ February 27, 2026 (Fri) by 16:00(Up to 22:30 for virtual account payments)
  ** Registration fee payment is required to be eligible for the following benefits as a post-completion registered student.
  *** Please check the attached file for detailed application instructions. (Application NOT available via Student Portal, only through the Integrated Information System)

​    2. Available Facilities and Benefits

• Eligibility to participate as a student researcher in national R&D projects.
  • Existing student researchers must complete post-coursework registration to continue receiving research funding. (For details, contact 02-970-9167)
• Eligibility to apply for the dormitory (admission possible after screening, subject to room availability; for details, contact 02-970-9144)
• Access to library services, book loans, application for car parking permits, and subscription to various student insurance policies, equivalent to enrolled students.

    3. Important Notes

• Registration after completion of coursework is provided for student convenience and is NOT a mandatory requirement for thesis submission.
• Graduates and currently enrolled students are NOT eligible to apply.
  • Students in their final semester can apply only if their status changes to 'completed' as of February 25, 2026 (anticipated completion date: 2026.2.25). Graduates are not eligible to apply.
    Please check your completion status in the Integrated Information System before applying.
