Grade Viewing Restriction for Failure to Complete Research Activity Personnel Safety Training (Spring Semester 2026)

Starting from the final examination period of the Spring Semester 2026,

students who fail to complete the mandatory safety training for research activity personnel

will be subject to restrictions on viewing their grades. All eligible students are required to complete the training.

A. Training 대상 (Eligible Participants):  non-humanities/non-social sciences fields

graduate students in science, engineering, arts, and physical education-related departments (refer to Attachment 1).

Departments in the College of Engineering, College of Energy and Biotechnology, College of Information and Communication Engineering,

College of Art and Design, and other non-humanities/non-social sciences fields.

Students in science, engineering, arts, or physical education disciplines must complete the safety training

even if they are not affiliated with a laboratory.

Students in humanities and social sciences departments are exempt.

Newly admitted students and transfer students in Spring 2026 are exempt from grade-viewing restrictions.

Domestic students in the General Graduate School are exempt from grade-viewing restrictions (however, scholarship eligibility restrictions will still apply).

B. Required Training Hours

6 hours per semester

C. Training Completion Deadline

By June 25, 2026 (Thursday)

※ After the completion deadline, students who wish to check their grades during the grade correction period must first complete:

the 6-hour safety training, and the assessment test with a score of at least 60 points before they can access their grades.

(1) Online Safety Training

Access the Safety Management System server.

Log in using your university portal account.

Select Laboratory Safety Training (Online).

Complete the course.

※ After completing the required training hours, students must achieve 60 points or higher on the assessment test (retakes allowed).
