[2026학년도 2학기 학위자격시험 시행 안내]

 

1. 원서접수

  가. 접수기간 : 2026. 9. 14.(월) 09:00 ~ 9. 21.(월) 23:00 (※접수 기한 엄수)

※ 접수 완료 여부 반드시 확인(수험표 출력 확인)

  나. 접수방법 : 통합정보시스템에서 접수

  http://www.seoultech.ac.kr에 접속 → 통합정보시스템(대학원)학사 → 졸업 → 학위자격시험 → 접수_학위자격시험

    - 등록금을 납부하지 않은 경우, 학위논문제출자격시험 접수가 불가 하오니, 등록금 납부기간에 등록금을 납부 한 다음, 시험 접수를 하시기 바랍니다.

    - 구술시험의 경우 과목 선택에서 '구술시험' 선택 ('학사>졸업>논문등록(원)>논문연구계획서등록' 메뉴에서 반드시 논문연구계획서를 등록 / 논문연구계획서 제출 기간 별도 공지)

  다. 유의사항

    - 제출서류 : 없음

    ※ 수험표 1부 (시험 당일 지참)

    - 학적부에 사진이 없는 경우 원서접수 불가(※ 사진은 통합정보시스템에서 본인이 등록 및 수정 가능)

    ※ 통합정보시스템 로그인-학사-학적-학적관리-사진변경관리-‘조회’클릭-‘신규’클릭-사진첨부 클릭-사진 조회-저장

 

2. 시험방법 : 필답시험 또는 구술시험 (각 학과별 시행방법은 첨부파일 참고)

  가. 필답시험

    - 응시과목 수: 석, 박사과정 구분없이 2과목

    ※ 응시 과목별로 합격여부 결정

    ※ 타 학과 수강 과목 응시 불가

    - 합격점수 : 과목당 100점 만점에 70점 이상   

  나. 구술시험

    - 논문연구계획서를 바탕으로 전공지식 및 논문 연구 준비, 계획에 대한 발표, 질의응답 실시

    - 학과별 자체 구술시험평가위원회를 구성하여 평가위원의 2/3이상 합격으로 판정하면 최종 합격

    - 무논문제 학생의 경우, 전공과목 수강내역을 바탕으로 전공지식에 관한 질의응답 실시

 

3. 시험일자 : 2026. 10. 10.(토) ~ 10. 19.(월) 중 학과별 자체시행 (※개인사정으로 인한 시험일자 및 시간 변경 불가)

 

4. 학과별 시험 일자 및 장소 : 추후 발표❲대학원 홈페이지 공지사항❳

 

5. 시험 면제제도 (면제 신청 불가능한 학과 있으므로 첨부파일 반드시 확인)

  가. 면제 기준: 첨부파일 참고

  나. 면제 신청 방법 (게재(발표)예정 자료는 신청 불가. 게재(발표)일이 반드시 접수 기간 이전이어야 함.)

    - 통합정보시스템 학사>졸업>학위자격시험>접수_학위자격시험

    - '면제종목'에서 종목 선택

    - 학술지명 및 발표연월 입력

    - 첨부파일로 증빙자료 업로드 후 저장

  ※ 미래인재장학금 연구논문실적과의 중복 인정 불가

  ※ 2025학년도 1학기부터  박사과정 시험 면제제도 폐지

 

6. 합격자 발표 : 2026. 11. 2.(월) 예정

[Degree Qualification Exam – Fall Semester 2026]

1. Application

a. Application Period:  Mon, Sept. 14, 2026, 09:00 – Mon, Sept. 21, 2026, 23:00  ※ Late applications will not be accepted. Please make sure to confirm that your application was successfully submitted (check that you can print your admission ticket).

b. How to Apply:  Apply through the Integrated Information System.

Go to www.seoultech.ac.kr → Integrated Information System (Graduate School) → Academic Affairs → Graduation → Degree Qualification Exam → Apply for Degree Qualification Exam

• If tuition has not been paid, you cannot apply for the exam. Please pay tuition first, then submit your application.
• For the Oral Exam, select "Oral Exam" when choosing your subject. (You must register your Thesis Research Proposal under Academic Affairs > Graduation > Thesis Registration > Thesis Research Proposal Registration. The submission period for the proposal will be announced separately.)

c. Notes:

• No documents need to be submitted in advance.
• ※ Bring one printed copy of your admission ticket on the day of the exam.
• If your student record does not have a photo on file, you will not be able to apply. (You can register or update your photo yourself through the Integrated Information System.) ※ Log in to the Integrated Information System → Academic Affairs → Student Records → Student Record Management → Photo Change Management → click "View" → click "New" → click "Attach Photo" → view photo → Save

2. Exam Format

Written Exam or Oral Exam (methods vary by department — please refer to the attached file)

a. Written Exam

• Number of subjects: 2 subjects (same for both master's and doctoral students) ※ Pass/fail is determined separately for each subject. ※ You may not take an exam in a subject offered by another department.
• Passing score: 70 or above out of 100 per subject

b. Oral Exam

• Based on your Thesis Research Proposal, you will give a presentation and answer questions on your major-field knowledge and your thesis research preparation/plan.
• Each department forms its own Oral Exam Evaluation Committee; you pass if at least 2/3 of the committee members approve.
• Non-thesis track students will be asked questions on their major-field knowledge based on their coursework record.

3. Exam Dates

Each department will conduct its own exam sometime between Sat, Oct. 10, 2026 and Mon, Oct. 19, 2026. ※ The exam date/time cannot be changed for personal reasons.

4. Exam Date, Time, and Location by Department

5. Exemption from the Exam

Some departments do not allow exemption applications — please check the attached file carefully.

a. Exemption criteria: Please refer to the attached file.

b. How to apply for exemption: (Publications/presentations that are only "scheduled" cannot be used. The publication/presentation date must be before the application period.)

• Go to Integrated Information System → Academic Affairs > Graduation > Degree Qualification Exam > Apply for Degree Qualification Exam
• Select the relevant category under "Exemption Category"
• Enter the journal name and month/year of publication
• Upload supporting documents as an attachment and save
• ※ This cannot be counted together with research performance already used for the Future Talent Scholarship. ※ The doctoral exam exemption system has been abolished as of Spring Semester 2025.

6. Announcement of Results
