[2026학년도 2학기 연구실적물 제출 안내]

(* 반드시 본인의 소속 대학원 및 입학년도에 해당하는 첨부파일을 확인하시기 바랍니다. 첨부파일에 기재된 내용을 미확인하여 생기는 문제의 책임은 제출자 본인에게 있습니다.)

1. 제출 기간: 2026. 10. 26.(월) ~ 10. 30.(금)

(※ 제출기간을 필히 준수하여 주시기 바랍니다)

2. 제출자료

가. 연구실적보고서 (통합정보시스템에서 양식 자동 생성_별도 제출 불요)

나. 연구실적물 인정기준에 해당하는 자료 (대학원별 세부 인정기준 첨부파일 참조) 

 ※등재인정기준을 확인하실 수 있는 사이트를 참고용으로 올려드립니다
    (참고) 박사과정 SCIE, SSCI, A&HCI 등재지 여부 확인: 1) [바로가기] 에서 확인

     ► 등재기준은 2024년도 등재리스트를 기준으로 함

     ► 2023년도 이전까지 등재지였더라도, 2024년도에 등재지에서 제외된 경우 인정 불가

     ► 등재리스트의 등재언어가 'ENG'인 경우, 한국어로 작성된 논문은 인정 불가
 

3. 제출방법: 통합정보시스템 '학사>연구실적>연구실적보고서>연구실적 등록'에 업로드

4. 유의사항

가. 특수대학원 및 석사과정 학생은 제출 대상이 아님

나. 논문연구계획서 미제출 시 연구실적물 제출 불가

다. (박사과정) 연구실적물 미제출 시 학위논문 심사 접수 불가

라. 학위논문제출자격시험 면제 신청 시 제출한 자료와 동일한 자료는 제출 불가

마. (일반대학원) 미래(혁신)인재장학생 신청 시 제출한 자료와 동일한 자료는 제출 불가

바. 연구실적물에 본교 소속임이 명시되어야 함

[Guidelines for the Submission of Research Achievements, Fall Semester 2026]

(* Be sure to check the attached file that applies to your graduate school and year of admission. Applicants are responsible for any problems arising from failure to review the contents of the attached file.)

1. Submission Period: Oct. 26 (Mon) – Oct. 30 (Fri), 2026
(※ Please be sure to submit within the submission period.)

2. Submission Materials
A. Research Achievements Report (automatically generated in the SUIS; no separate submission required)
B. Materials that meet the recognition criteria for research achievements (see the attached file for the detailed criteria of each graduate school)

※ The following sites are provided for reference to check the indexing criteria.
(Reference) Checking whether a journal is indexed in SCIE, SSCI, or A&HCI (doctoral programs): 1) Check at link; 2) Check at link
(Reference) Checking whether a journal is indexed in Scopus (doctoral programs): 1) Download the file at link; 2) Check at link
► Indexing status is determined based on the 2024 list of indexed journals.
► A journal that was indexed through 2023 but removed from the indexed list in 2024 will not be recognized.
► If the language listed for a journal in the list is “ENG,” papers written in Korean will not be accepted.

3. Submission Method: Upload to the SUIS under “Academic Affairs > Research Achievements > Research Achievements Report > Research Achievements Registration.”

4. Notes
A. Students in Special Graduate Schools and master’s programs are not subject to submission.
B. Research achievements cannot be submitted unless the Thesis Research Proposal has been submitted.
C. (Doctoral programs) Applications for thesis review will not be accepted unless research achievements have been submitted.
D. Materials identical to those submitted with the application for exemption from the Thesis Submission Qualification Examination may not be submitted.
E. (General Graduate School) Materials identical to those submitted with the application for the Future (Innovation) Talent Scholarship may not be submitted.
F. Affiliation with the University must be clearly stated in the research achievements.
