서울과기대 재학생(학부생, 대학원생) 여러분 안녕하세요.

국제교육본부에서는 교내 재학생(학부생, 대학원생)을 대상으로, 학술영어와 관련한 자료(논문, 초록, 발표자료 등) 교정 지원 프로그램을 운영합니다. 교내 영어교육을 전담하고 있는 외국인 교수님들이 영문교정을 담당해주시고요. 교정 비용은 무료입니다. 교정 결과 수령후, 교정을 담당한 외국인 교수님과 1:1 무료 상담도 가능하니, 지원을 희망하는 재학생들은 많은 이용 바랍니다. 

* 본 프로그램은 교육부의 '대학혁신지원사업'으로 운영됩니다. 

1. 기간: 2020. 5. 20.(수)부터 선착순 약 20~25명

2. 대상: 서울과기대 재학 학부생 및 대학원생(휴학생, 수료생은 지원 불가)

3. 지원내용: 영어로 작성한 학술 자료(논문, 초록, 발표자료 등) 교정 및 1:1 상담(대면/온라인)

4. 교정담당: 국제교육본부 소속 영어교육전담 외국인교수 및 영문교정 전담 외래 컨설턴트 

5. 지원신청: 본인이 작성한 학술영어자료(논문, 초록, 발표자료 등)를 이메일(proofreading@seoultech.ac.kr)로 아래의 내용과 함께 제출

1) 본인의 학과, 학번, 이름, 연락처

2) 교정을 희망하는 학술자료의 용도: 학위논문 또는 학회제출 등(학회 제출의 경우, 제출하려는 학회의 이름과 홈페이지, 지도교수님의 성함도 함께 알려주세요.)

*지원은 1인당 1회로 한정되오니, 완성된 형태의 문서를 보내주시기 바랍니다.

Dear International Students at SeoulTech,

The Office of International Education at SeoulTech offers free proofreading and consultation services on following areas: academic journals/abstracts/posters/presentations written in English.  If you are interested in receiving this support, please send your writing to proofreading@seoultech.ac.kr, with following information:

1) Your name, student ID, department, and contact number

2) Purpose of the writing: graduation thesis paper, or submitting to a journal (journal name, journal website, and the advising professor name).  

Please note that your writing must be in final draft, not in progress.  The support is limited to approximate 20-25 students, and the support will close on a first-come first-served basis.  We look forward to hearing from you!
