Looking for a new tenant in a studio apartment around Seoul National University of Science and Technology/Gongneung Station (Near Jin-ro Mart).

The room has its own bathroom and kitchen including kitchenware room located on first floor of the buidling with a window.

The room is available and you can move from End of September 2020 till End of February 2021.

Amenities: Studio apartment is furnished with a digital door lock, single-size bed (which is ours, if you are interested than we will keep it for you and some other stuff too), Induction, air conditioner, fridge, desk, chair, microwave (Ours but we will keep it for you), a wardrobe. A washing machine is located in the kitchen.

Pricing:

Deposite: 300,0000 KRW and Rent: 320,000 KRW per month.

The rent includes water. Electricity and gas utilities are the responsibility of the tenant.

The room is in an ideal spot. There is this super mart well known as Jinro Mart.

There are 2 to 3 convenient stores, but the nearest is GS 25.

Also, there is laundry near the room, you can do the laundry there as well.

The owner of the building is a lady, she lives upstairs in same building, but she speaks Korean.?

가격:

집세에는 물이 포함되어 있다. 전기와 가스 유틸리티는 세입자의 책임이다.

그 방은 이상적인 장소에 있다. 진로마트로 잘 알려진 슈퍼마트가 있다.

편의점이 2~3개 있지만 가장 가까운 곳은 GS25다.

또한, 방 근처에 세탁소가 있으니, 그곳에서도 세탁을 할 수 있어.

건물주는 숙녀로 위층에 살지만 한국말을 한다.?
